A vicarage becomes a hub of delightful confusion as two vicars plus an elderly Bishop lead to mistaken identities. The disorder is heightened by a spiteful spinster, an ex-actress (now the vicar's wife), a young American soldier (her former leading man), and a Russian spy. Together, the characters create a tapestry of comedic moments, misunderstandings, and intrigue, making the vicarage the perfect setting for a classic British farce.
The Winchester Little Theatre is a non-profit, all-volunteer community theater organization housed in the old Pennsylvania Railroad freight station in downtown Winchester, Virginia. Along with the five main theatrical productions we put on each year, we offer a children’s program each summer, frequent Readers’ Theater events, and other events.
