Readers’ Theatre: Neil Simon’s Chapter Two

Written by Neil Simon
Directed by Ann Prokopchak
Sunday, March 23rd @ 7:30 pm

Chapter Two, a semi-autobiographical play by Neil Simon, deals with universal issues of love, loss, and life in a touching and often hilarious manner. George Schneider, a recently widowed novelist, and Jennie Malone, a recently divorced actress, are set up on a blind date. George is still deeply affected by his wife’s death and Jenny is trying to find happiness again after her failed marriage. Somehow, they fall in love and decide to marry after two weeks. What could possibly go wrong? The play explores the question of whether finding a soul-mate more than once is truly possible or even a good idea!

Tickets FREE for WLT members, $10 for non-members.
